Planning your trip
Frequently asked questions
Practical answers for guests booking Himachal and Ladakh travel with Kyronix Holidays in Manali.
Share your dates, group size, and destination through the contact form, WhatsApp, or a call to the Manali office. We send a written itinerary with inclusions and a booking amount. The trip is confirmed only after that amount is received and we reply in writing.
Kyronix Holidays is based at Umesh Bhardwaj Building, near Chilux, Manali Chichoga Rd, Aleo, Manali, Himachal Pradesh 175131. You can visit during the day in season, or handle the booking remotely if you are travelling in from Delhi, Chandigarh, or an airport pickup.
Yes. We operate our own fleet of vehicles and our own hotels and cottages, which is how we keep the standard consistent on Manali, Spiti, and other Himachal routes. Some nights may use a contracted hotel of a similar category if our rooms are full.
A Volvo package uses an overnight coach from the plains (usually Delhi or Chandigarh) into Manali, then local sightseeing by cab. A cab tour keeps a dedicated vehicle with you for the road journey — typical for Lahaul–Spiti, Kinnaur, and Ladakh, or for families who prefer not to use the coach.
Manali and nearby hill stations work most of the year. The popular summer window is mid-April to mid-June. Snow holidays cluster around late December and early January. Lahaul–Spiti, Kinnaur high roads, and Ladakh are usually practical from June to September, depending on snow and the Rohtang / Atal Tunnel status.
Only if your confirmed itinerary says so. Rohtang, local wildlife, and inner-line permits are issued by the administration, not by us. We file the paperwork and need each traveller’s ID details in advance. Approval, daily quotas, and road closures can still change the plan on the day.
A government photo ID for every traveller, warm layers even in summer evenings, personal medicines, and photocopies for permits. Coaches and cabs have limited boot space; one medium suitcase plus a daypack per person is a practical limit on mountain roads.
Yes. Honeymoon, family, solo, group, and motorcycle-style trips are all arranged from the same Manali desk. Tell us the pace you want — rest days in Manali, a Spiti circuit, or a mix of hill stations — and we will match vehicles and rooms to that plan.
A booking amount holds the plan; the balance is due before the first service date. Cancellation slabs, weather-related changes, and non-refundable Volvo or permit lines are explained on our Refund and Cancellation Policy page.
Hill-station and Manali local plans are usually comfortable for mixed-age families. High-altitude circuits (Spiti, Ladakh) mean long, winding days and thinner air. Tell us ages and any medical notes when you inquire so we can keep the daily kilometre count realistic.
We reroute, hold the hotel, or shift a sightseeing block. Himalayan closures are treated as a change of plan, not an automatic full refund. Credits for unused nights we can recover are described in the refund policy.
The office aims to resolve inquiries around the clock. Peak-season evenings can be busy; WhatsApp and a direct call are the fastest ways to reach the desk if you are already on the road.
